John has over 30 years experience in architectural designing, and project development field, acting as a liason between the client, architect, and engineers. John ensures the flow of technical information, design requirements, and project budget parameters. John also manages communications and timeline scheduling through all phases of the project.

John enjoys spending his little extra free time with his wife and 4 daughters, (yes, four daughters). When he has the opportunity to escape the bonds of female drama and emotions, he enjoys biking, outdoor activities and listening to all genres of music.

John Beam, a life-long Noblesville resident, is husband to his high school sweetheart and father of two.
John has over eighteen years experience, that covers mostly educational, institutional, healthcare and library, & commercial architecture work. His residential experience is extensive with over twenty-five years of residential projects. He also has extensive experience assembling construction documents, writing specifications, coordinating communications between clients, consultants and contractors, and providing supervision throughout the construction administration phase of projects.

John is also a graduate of both Vincennes University and Ball State University. John is an Architect registered in Indiana, Florida & Michigan.
 
Jocelyn Atoa Jocelyn Atoa

Lead Interior Designer/Photographer



Jocelyn was born and raised at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Sandy, Utah. She grew up amongst 3 brothers her father, and mother. She took the moved to Indy when her husband started attending IU Med School. She loves athletics and outdoor activities. Mountain, desert, lake and ocean activities were all part of life on the West Coast. However, the trees and green of the Midwest surely taken root in her heart! Travel and culture are another great enjoyment she finds. When not in leisure, she is all things design and creation. She operated Atoa Creatives photography business through high school and college, and has attained wonderful design abilities though Art Studies at Denver University. She attended both Denver University, and Brigham Young University on soccer scholarships. As a full time student-athlete, she studied Interior Design & Family Life with a Human Development Emphasis. Being such, she has a great knowledge of the principals involved with Healthy Mental and Physical Living as well as Design and Creation processes, principals and elements. She's skilled in marrying the two disciplines, to create spaces you as an individual, family, or company, are drawn to spending time in and are proud calling your own.
Erica Stephenson Erica Stephenson

Business Development/Designer



Erica is a born and raised Hoosier, growing up in northern Indiana. She is a mother to one beautiful and athletic daughter. Erica graduated from IUPUI where she received a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies with a primary focus in Rhetoric and Public Speaking and has advanced training in Business Writing, Time Management and Team Building. Erica has over eight years of sales experiences and three years of design experience under her belt. Her expertise lies in networking and building strong partnerships, going the extra mile to accomplish the task at hand and casework drawings for everything organizational. In her free time she loves to stay active, cook, travel, read and claims to be an undercover cupcake artist.
 
Alex Howell Alex Howell

Project management/Designer



Formerly Alex Beechy grew up in the architecture / construction business being the daughter of John. Unwillingly drug to meetings and job sites during her childhood she became very familiar with the process. Although she received her bachelor degree in health science and nutrition, she also assists as a project manager/ development for Mawr. She is the mother of two cute and quirky daughters and the wife of fellow staff member Brandon. Alex enjoys exercising, gardening and making sure Mawr staff and her surrounding world is eating organic food.
